Over time, I have cleaned 5 or 6 roofs in this condo community. As I worked on my recent roof, I noticed one that had been done by another company. It was cleaned with high pressure and although it looks good from the ground, these pictures taken with my camera phone show that the fungus is not totally gone and will be returning within the year. Additionally, you can see the marks left behind by the high pressure cleaning.
